Exciting News! Free 3M Cloud Library EBook Service and Zinio’s digital magazines are now available for library users!

For more information on these exciting new services for electronic reading devices and tablets, click Online Resources found under the blue Sheridan Fulmer Library tab! There are thousands of book titles available through 3M Cloud and also thousands of magazine titles through the Zinio Digital Magazine site!  The Wyoming State Library and the WYLD Shared Purchases Committee have
worked together to bring Zinio Digital Magazines to Wyoming Libraries…. at no charge to you!

Downloadable Books Available through the Freading eBook Service

The Sheridan County Public Library System is also offering our customers the ability to download eBooks to their computers or to a limited number of eReaders or mobile devices. The Wyoming State Library has signed a contract with a company called “Freading” which offers over 20,000 eBooks in its collection. To access the service, please click Freading eBook Service.

Find an Item or View Your Account

Notice the search box to the top left, below search catalog.  You can type in the title of a book, book on CD, movie, DVD, an author’s name, or a subject, in the box that has the words search our catalog, then click on Go.  You’ll find out whether or not we have the item.  You can also click on the down arrow (next to the words Story Branch Library) and check to see if other libraries have the item! If we don’t have the item, more than likely, we can get it for you!

You’re also able to check your own account to find out what you have checked out, when the item is due back at the library, and if you owe any fines!  Just type in your library card number (or your Alternate ID) and your pin number.  If you don’t know what they are, just give us a call (683-2922), email us (sherstor@fiberpipe.net), or stop in and we’ll get the information to you!

If there’s an item you are looking for, and we don’t have it, we can get it for you!

- from other libraries in the county (Intralibrary loans) at no charge to you.

- from libraries outside the county (Interlibrary loans) for a minimal fee !
