Craig Johnson donates books to Story Library!
When Craig came to Story for the Open house, he brought with him, over 100 books to donate to the Story Library! Craig was a member of the selection committee for the Edgar Mystery Award, and after reading the more than 400 books submitted for the award, he decided to donate the books to small Wyoming Libraries. Story Library was one of the lucky recipients! We hope you will stop in and see this marvelous new collection of mysteries! Here are just a few of the great books he donated!![]() | ![]() | ![]() |
Author Event at the Story Library with Craig Johnson!
We were thrilled to have Craig at the Story Library on Dec. 17th! He read his newest Walt Longmire Christmas Short Story to us, talked about his travels (to France) and told stories about his writing adventures! We appreciate, so much, that he took time out from his busy schedule to stop in and see us! Check out some photos of Craig and some of the patrons that came to spend time with Craig Johnson!![]() | ![]() |

Michelle Havenga, a local fabric artist, who just happens to be the Children's Librarian in Sheridan, has donated a great piece of artwork to us! The adorable "doll" is all set to snuggle in with her stack of books, her stuffed kitten and her bunny slippers! Isn't she cute?! Thanks soooo much to Michelle, for this wonderful addition to our library!![]() | ![]() |
